Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. For most cases no fee will be charged for arranging your mortgage. In the instances where we need to charge a fee you will be informed as to the amount before we proceed. We estimate that this will be no more than £250.
